The Tablescape Series is a monthly gathering built around a single colour—an exploration of palette, place, and shared experience. Each edition brings together Robin Daprato’s thoughtful styling and Chef Kate Levitt’s seasonal menus, paired with a touch of surprise through a guest-led moment of learning or connection.
These dinners are intentionally intimate, with just 10 seats at the table. It’s a space where styling meets storytelling, where food and design are in dialogue, and where beauty is felt in both the setting and the company.
As a stylist, Robin has always found joy in creating beautiful scenes, spaces where every detail tells a story. But somewhere along the way, in the pace of production and pursuit of perfection, the connection to people began to fade.
Together, Robin and Kate began the Tablescape Series to return to what drew them to their crafts in the first place: the shared moments, the conversations, the magic that happens when people gather around a table. Each edition is a joint study in colour, seasonality, and storytelling—grounded in beauty, but rooted in connection.
Inspired by the tradition of European salons, like those hosted by Gertrude Stein in early 20th-century Paris, where artists and thinkers gathered to exchange ideas, the Tablescape Series is a modern interpretation: curated, creative, and quietly electric.
A place to eat, to exchange, to be immersed. A new table is unveiled on the 1st of every month.

Words from our Guests
"I am consistently blown away with Robin's ability to curate an experience that seamlessly marries color, food and environment. Stepping into her events is being transported into a carefully crafted dreamscape where the cerulean was integrated into every facet of the evening. From the surprise of a celebrity oyster shucker to the elegance of the evening meal, Robin creates more than an event—she creates a memory that lingers long after the last toast."

"Attending this colour- themed dinner was like stepping into a living mood board curated by a modern, millennial Martha Stewart. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawlessly executed - the tablescape, the florals, the candle light, and the menu. All harmonized in the most unexpected yet stunning hue of the evening. And the paint chip we received at the end of the evening was the perfect, witty souvenir. Patrick, the oyster shucker turned shucking into performance art. Every detail was clearly intentional and landed. I felt like I was dining in a Pantone dream. Truly unique, imaginative and unforgettable. Bravo, Robin."
