August’s theme is Pistachio Green: an evening shaped by freshness, abundance, and the ease of late summer. Following a pause in the series and a private Lavender tablescape in July, we return for the final dinner of The Tablescape Series.

August is when the season feels at its fullest. Gardens are dense, markets overflow with herbs and produce, and the landscape is layered in every possible shade of green. Pistachio Green reflects that abundance. Soft, playful, and grounded in the natural world, it carries the freshness of something newly grown and the richness of a season reaching its peak.

Held at this point in the summer, the evening will draw from the feeling of a lush garden gathering. Pistachio tones, fresh greenery, natural linens, and layered textures will shape a table that feels relaxed, generous, and alive. A subtle nod to herbs, vines, sun-warmed produce, and long evenings spent outdoors.

Chef Kate's menu will unfold with thought and care, guided by the mood and ingredients of the season. Fresh, vibrant, and abundant, it will balance brightness with comfort through dishes inspired by the varied greens of late summer.

As always, a shared experience will be woven into the night. Something sensory and grounding that brings the theme to life and invites guests to slow down, connect, and gather around the table one final time.
