The Tablescape Series: A Story of Colour – October Edition

the next gathering in the Tablescape Series—a private evening for friends exploring colour as a lens for design, seasonality, and sensory connection.

This month’s theme is Ink Black: a moody, elemental evening that embraces mystery, depth, and the quiet glow of autumn’s arrival. The table will evoke night skies, candlelit rituals, and the beauty that lives in shadow.

In collaboration with Chef Kate Levitt, the menu will honour October’s harvest with layered flavours, bringing richness and contrast to the season’s ingredients. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wines that heighten the night’s darker tones, offering balance, warmth, and moments of brightness.

Each Tablescape also features a special guest who offers a shared moment of inspiration—something that sets the evening apart. In August, guests began with a honey-kissed ritual; in September, the night opened with a meditative tasting. This month, the experience will turn inward, inviting guests to consider intuition and unseen connections—revealed only at the table itself.
